Like many of the building projects that Morrissey Construction have been appointed to, the evidence of the attention to detail and exceptional build quality is clear from the minute you pull up on the drive of this uniquely styled dormer bungalow. From the crisp clean lines in the homes structure to the quirky but practical shrubbery beds incorporated into the walkways around the house.

Super efficent solid fuel stove nestled under a large floating timber mantle piece and the larger living space in the background. As you enter the homes spacious double height hallway the level of craftsmanship that Noel Morrissey instils into the homes he and his team build is evident in every detail, from the custom waist high timber painted wall panelling; to the exceptionally styled curved floating balcony landing that overlooks the main entrance door, no item or finish is too small to be passed over by the team at Morrissey Construction. A large expertly crafted entrance in timber, slate and stone invites any visitor to this home to a warm welcoming house. The reverse view of the the large entrance, emphasising the clean lines and bright and airy space felt throughout this building.
As you wander around this beautifully finished home Noel’s eye for detail is evident in every light filled room. The large sitting room makes use of sleek clean lines giving the house a modern feel while merging some traditional features like the cream cast iron solid fuel stove seamlessly into the overall design and finish to the home.
This merger of traditional and modern is carried on elsewhere in the home, highlighted in the large dining area that leads off of the kitchen. With its high ceiling, crisp lines and pointed large gable end window the room is an ideal venue for a family meal or formal dinner party.
